Visa Partners with Neat to Enhance Embedded Insurance and Medical Assistance for Cardholders Across Europe
Visa and Neat Collaborate to Modernize Embedded Insurance Offerings for European Cardholders
Visa and Neat, a leading French insurtech specialist in embedded insurance, have formed a strategic partnership designed to elevate insurance and medical assistance features directly integrated into Visa cards. The initiative aims to deliver more intuitive, transparent, and personalized protection options that go beyond traditional payment experiences.
The partnership launches initially in France, building on Visa’s established embedded card insurance program that already safeguards more than 25 million cardholders, including both consumers and small business owners. Plans call for a progressive rollout to additional European markets in the coming months.
Cardholders will benefit from enhanced features such as clearer details on coverage terms, AI-driven insights tailored to individual needs, and streamlined digital processes for handling claims. These improvements address evolving consumer demands for simplicity, relevance, and speed in insurance interactions.
